Season 4 Episode 21 - Change is more than just a Framework

Often people are seeking the tools to deliver change. The process and 'magic' framework which will make delivering change easy. Well I unfortunately need to burst your bubble as understanding the change framework is the easiest part. Being able to apply it and how you show up during times of stress and pressure, how you work with stakeholders, and your team is the harder part.

Am I growing as I lead others through change? Not just delivering frameworks, reports, or updates—but actually growing.

This question sits at the heart of managing and delivering change in organisations. It’s the invisible force beneath every effective transformation initiative. Growth,is the iceberg beneath the surface—unseen, yet powerful enough to sink or steer the ship.
